Two year old male patient with known tuberous sclerosis patient describes recent attacks of seizures. MRI of the brain shows cortical tubers, radial bands as well as subependymal hamartomas with the one at the left foramen of Monro is enhancing.

Follow up MRI was advised for better characterization of the left foramen of Monro lesion to rule out giant cell astrocytoma.
