What differentials should be entertained?
Primary malignancy of lacrimal glands, such as a benign adenoma or malignant adenocarcinoma or adenoid cystic carcinoma; other types of malignancy such as lymphoma or metastasis; inflammatory conditions such as sarcoidosis, inflammatory pseudotumour, and Sjogren syndrome.
The left orbit anterior mass in the topography of the lacrimal gland is shown with a low T1 signal, a high heterogenous signal on T2 with a small cystic area, and vivid contrast enhancement.
