Cardiac lipomas are rare benign tumors of the heart. Occasionally, they are found on echocardiography, CT and MRI as incidental findings. In most cases, they require no treatment or surgical intervention unless they cause cause arrhythmias, embolize, compress the coronary arteries, or obstruct flow within the heart.
