Pectus excavatum

Discussion:

This is a 18 year old female with history of lymphoma who presented with a cough. No definite focal pneumonia, mass or effusion was noted. Focal opacity in the right paracardiac region was caused due to the moderately severe pectus excavatum deformity. Her primary site of lymphoma was in the right supraclavicular region and is not evident on this exam.
