Direct injection of contrast via syringe through the opening at the operative site within the anterior abdominal wall. It leads to passage of contrast directly to the descending colon denoting colocutaneous fistula.

Crowding of bowel loops are seen at operation site.
Bilateral renal calculi are seen.
Pancreas also shows fat infiltration.
Excessive fat is seen in abdomen and pelvis around rectum and urinary bladder giving the appearance of lipomatosis.
