In the left lobe of the liver is a large lobulated hypodense mass with some faint peripheral enhancement. It measures up to 9.2 cm with internal density of approximately 40 HU. In liver segment VII is a smaller 1.2 cm hypodensity. Reduced portal venous phase attenuation is noted within the left lobe of the liver. Periportal oedema. Portal veins are patent. No lymphadenopathy.
