Knowing this case is a known vHL syndrome, what are some of the common lesions one might expect to see?
Pheochromocytoma, CNS haemangioblastoma, choroid plexus papilloma, renal, pancreatic and liver cysts, renal cell carcinoma (which is mostly of clear cell type), islet cell tumours of the pancreas.
Status post left nephrectomy. The right kidney showed multiple cystic lesions some are complex with solid enhancing components.
The pancreas is almost completely replaced by innumerable cystic lesions. No arterially enhancing lesions are seen.
Fatty liver is likely related to chemotherapy treatment.
