There is right-sided hydronephrosis and hydroureter. The proximal part of the right ureter is seen passing posterior to the inferior vena cava. It emerges to the right of the aorta, lying anterior to the right iliac vessels. There is a 5mm calculus in the right renal pelvis and another 5mm calculus in the distal third of the right ureter.
There is no calculus or back pressure in the left kidney. The urinary bladder is normal. Prostate shows mild enlargement.
