Histopathology report: Non-seminomatous mixed germ cell tumor composed of mature and immature teratoma, AFP-positive yolk sac tumor, and embryonal carcinoma. Growth fraction > 50%.

The patient received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgical resection.
