Massive right gynecomastia. It's very unusual to see the condition to this degree. Normal left breast.

When present to this degree, cosmetic issues arise. Patients are invariably very self-conscious of their appearance. This patient had a perfectly formed right breast on clinical exam. The patient was referred to a plastic surgeon.
