Tumours both malignant (e.g. primary bronchogenic tumour, metastasis, carcinoid) and benign (e.g. pulmonary hamartoma). Inflammatory (e.g. rheumatoid nodule). Infective (e.g. TB granuloma). Vascular (e.g. pulmonary AVM).
Circumscribed lung nodule in the right upper zone. This is confirmed as being within the right upper lobe on lateral radiograph.
