Recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation can result in bony defect in the posterolateral humeral head (Hill-Sachs lesion) when it hits the anterior glenoid as well as various lesions involving the anteroinferior glenoid labrum including Bankart, ALPSA and Perthes lesions.
