Nodular diverticular spaces involving the fallopian tubes, usually in the proximal two-thirds of the fallopian tubes, is a characteristic feature of salpingitis isthmica nodosa. However, in this patient with clinical history of pulmonary tuberculosis and beaded appearing strictures of the both fallopian tubes, tubal involvement of tuberculosis should be considered.
