Case Discussion

Findings in this case are in keeping with stage IV (healed) Legg-Calve-Perthes disease, consistent with the patient's known history. The current presentation of worsening hip pain, mostly on the left, is likely due to mild secondary degenerative changes demonstrated in the left acetabulum.
