There is narrowing of a disc space. What is the most likely diagnosis.
There are very few reasons that children have narrowing of a disc space on the background of no underlying vertebral abnormality. Despite a lack of accompanying infective symptoms, the most likely cause is spondylodiscitis.
NG tube tip in the distal body of the stomach. Normal bowel gas pattern.
There is narrowing and irregularity of the L2/3 disc space. Otherwise normal study.
