Ovarian fibroma is a benign connective tissue tumor arising from the ovarian stroma. Its differential diagnosis includes pedunculated subserous fibroid. MRI findings were suggestive of ovarian fibroma and this was followed by excisional biopsy and histopathology which confirmed the diagnosis.
