The findings are diagnostic of vein of Galen aneurysmal malformation. There was no evidence of fetal cardiomegaly. No evidence of fetal skin edema, pericardial effusion, pleural effusion or ascites to suggest hydrops fetalis which is the most severe complication of this condition.
