Presentation
The patient had a pacemaker inserted 2 weeks prior. This was a difficult insertion, requiring internal suturing. After an uneventful recovery, the patient was using his arms and developed a sudden, increasingly painful swelling at the pacemaker sight which spread towards the left axilla.
