The lesion in the proximal tibia is eccentrically located, involving the lateral aspect of the tibial metaphysis, extending into the epiphysis to the subarticular cortex. It is well-defined, moderately expansile with cortical thinning, and shows no evidence of cortical violation, periosteal reaction, or extension into the soft tissues.
