There is developmental variation of the right ilium. There is significant shortening of the femoral neck (coxa brevis). The right hip shows coxa magna and coxa breva deformity in keeping with previous developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH).
The right hip joint space is markedly narrowed in the superior and medial quadrants. There is evidence of moderate sclerosis; changes are most obvious in relation to the superior margin of the right acetabulum. There is no evidence of an acute fracture.
