Transabdominal US - Uterus normal. Left adnexal cystic lesion noted.

Transvaginal US - Left cystic lesion along with larger hyperechoic component.  Right ovary echogenic smaller lesion.

US diagnosis of Bilateral ovarian tumors  - ovarian dermoid.

MR - Proves bilateral ovarian dermoid with fat (not available).
