CNS lymphoma is by far the most likely diagnosis, given the combination of amorphous hyperdensity and periventricular distribution of multiple lesions with relatively little surrounding oedema.
Non-contrast CT demonstrates a number of hyper-attenuating masses adjacent to the left lateral ventricle, with no calcification or haemorrhage.
