What is the differential diagnosis?
Bilateral tubo-ovarian abscess vs bilateral ovarian neoplasm with possible peritoneal carcinomatosis.
There are bilateral cystic ovarian mass with septations and extensive ascites (approx. 26 HU). The peritoneum is hyperemic, but no nodular implants are clearly identified.
