A defect, fracture in the posterolateral aspect of the upper humeral head, usually associated with recurrent shoulder dislocation.
A bony indentation is seen in the lateral as well as anterolateral aspect of the humeral head likely representing flap fracture of the greater tuberosity. An associated fracture of the related part of humeral head with surrounding marrow trabecular edematous changes.
