The catheter projected over the enlarged heart was confirmed by the referring clinician to be an external artifact.
Pulmonary venous congestion, bilateral perihilar haziness as well as small bilateral pleural effusions are suggestive of pulmonary oedema. No free subdiaphragmatic gas observed.
