Comment
Although most gangliogliomas are of WHO grade I, with no definitive established criteria for grade II ganglioglioma, this tumor shows a diffuse pattern, as demonstrated on NFP immunostain and very focal increase in Ki-67 proliferation index. The overall features probably favor more grade II ganglioglioma.
