Renal cell carcinoma with renal vein thrombosis

Discussion:

CT features are suggestive of renal cell carcinoma or Hypernephroma. Gross hematuria, flank pain, and palpable flank mass are the classical triad.

Renal vein thrombosis: opacified periureteral and perinephric ("cobwebs") collaterals, renal vein attenuation and enlargement.
