It is often said in Europe that an abnormal terminal ileum is Crohns, Crohns, Crohns.  In Asia is it TB,TB,TB.

Well not always the case, but certainly there is a significant geographic difference for appearances which can be very similar on imaging.

This case was confirmed on endoscopic evaluation and biopsy as TB.

The abdomen is the commonest extra-pulmonary site for TB.
