This large perianal mass was confirmed to be embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma at biopsy and chemotherapy was commenced. The rapid improvement in appearances followed 4 cycles of chemotherapy.

Anatomical and metablolic response were confirmed after the final courses of chemotherapy.
