Axial C+ arterial phase
Bilateral poorly defined soft-tissue mass with attenuation similar to that of the adjacent skeletal muscle are located in the infrascapular or subscapular region suggestive of elastofibroma dorsi lesions.
Incidentally noted large left thyroid lobe large nodule with evidence of moderate retrosternal extension.
Mild to moderate right pleural effusion seen.
