Osteochondroma - spine

Discussion:

An osseous growth with contiguity with the marrow space is characteristic of osteochondroma or exostosis. They uncommonly occur in the spine. These lesions are often incidental, but can present with symptoms related to vascular or neural compression.  This patient did not have symptoms.
