Enhancement head CT-scan was performed because of the previous findings. MRI is another option.
There is an extensive hypodensity involving the right cerebellar hemisphere, with local mass effect, particularly on the 4th ventricule. The right cerebellar hemisphere appears larger than the left. No calcification or hemorrhage are seen within this hypodensity.
