X-ray of the humerus demonstrates destruction of the bone with cortical erosions and poor transition to normal bone. In this case, there are perpendicular spiculations producing a sunburst appearance in the centre of the tumour. Laminated appearance occurs towards the edge of the tumour (not prominent in this case) producing an onion-skin appearance. Bone sclerosis is unusual. In this case, there is no definite soft tissue mass.
