A 47-year-old male who is a recently diagnosed case of metastatic colorectal cancer and received one cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (5-FU) five days ago, now presented to the emergency department with acute onset vertigo and bilateral lower limb weakness. CT brain without contrast was normal. Patient was referred for an urgent MRI brain without contrast due to renal impairment.
