Sequela of a previous history of pleural empyema or haemothorax (bizarre and amorphous plaques that are usually unilateral); Asbestos inhalation; Silicosis; Talc exposure.
No pulmonary consolidations, no pleural effusions. Bi-basal pleural calcified plaques. Cardiomediastinal contours are unremarkable, thoracic aorta is unfolded. No pneumothorax or subphrenic free gas.
