Features are consistent with known autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), a hereditary form of adult cystic renal disease. 

Cysts in other organs in a patient with ADPKD :

• liver: most common, 75% by age 60 years 
• seminal vesicles: 60% by age 40 years 
• prostate: 11%
• pancreas: ~10%
• spleen: ~5 %
• ovaries
