Features are consistent with known autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), a hereditary form of adult cystic renal disease.

- liver: most common, 75% by age 60 years
- seminal vesicles: 60% by age 40 years
- prostate: 11%
- pancreas: ~10%
- spleen: ~5 %
- ovaries
