This patient had a left middle cranial fossa meningioma resected (note the post operative change and cranioplasty) years previously and is being followed for two other meningiomas, one in the right middle cranial fossa and the other in the trigone of the right lateral ventricle. 

Both have characteristic appearances. 

Trivia: most intraventricular meningiomas are of the fibrous histological subtype.
