Non contrast study: a mass of heterogeneous attenuation is observed with a tubular aspect and well defined, that presents with compressive effect on the brain stem and third ventricle. There is supratentorial ventricular dilatation (hydrocephalus).
Contrast phases confirmed that it was a tortuous basilar artery, elongated and with a important thrombosed aneurysmal dilatation.
