Axial C+ delayed
Irregularly enhancing, mainly peripherally, mass lesion, in the posterior fossa on the left side, with mass effect on the fourth ventricle and brain stem resulting in hydrocephalus. Significant surrounding hypodensity, most in keening vasogenic edema.
