Benign lymphoepithelial lesions

Discussion:

Clinical history and CT findings are compatible with benign lymphoepithelial lesions in HIV patients. 

Benign lymphoepithelial lesions are mixed solid and cystic lesions which enlarge the parotid glands, and are usually associated with cervical lymph node enlargement, and nasopharyngeal lymphofollicular hyperplasia.
