ACL injury
- contusions in posterior lateral tibial plateau, central and lateral femoral condyle (lateral femoral notch sign)
- empty intercondylar notch at femoral insertion with fluid
- horizontal orientation of ACL
- uncovered lateral meniscus/anterior drawer sign
- Segond fracture (avulsion of tibial attachment of IT band) and Arcuate sign (avulsion fibular head)
- posterior lateral corner injury associated with ACL and PCL tears
