Synovial osteochondromatosis

Discussion:

Osteochondromatosis can either be primary or secondary. Secondary forms are usually due to osteoarthritis.

Given that the patient has a CAM type FAI on the left and that this condition is usually bilateral, it is proposed that the patient has CAM FAI on the right as well. It is proposed that osteochondromatosis in this patient may be secondary to an FAI-CAM type.
