Degenerated PHMM with increased intra-meniscal signal intensity. No meniscal tear. Intact cruciate and collateral ligaments.
The tibial plateau shows a small 1 cm lobulated lesion demonstrating low T1 and high PD fat suppression / STIR signal. Mild joint effusion.
Normal signal and girth of the peri-articular musculature.
