Conclusions:

  • elevated EDP
  • critical calicified disease of LAD and RCA
  • Nonobstructive Cx

The subcutaneous lead  advantage include no risk of heart perforation or valve problems.

Can be used in patients with poor IV access as in Chronic renal failure.
