Tuberous sclerosis

Discussion:

In this case, tuberous sclerosis is highly suggested with multiple cortical calcified tubers.

Cortical tubers and most CNS manifestations of tuberous sclerosis are best demonstrated on MRI. 50-90% will be found in the frontal lobes 1.

On CT, they are seen as areas of calcification, although this is more commonly demonstrated as subependymal nodules.
