Lateral epicondyle fracture (elbow)

Discussion:

Lateral epicondyle fractures of the elbow are rare fractures.
The injury is more common in children (age range: 4-10 years, peak: 6 years)
Usually occurring due to varus force on the elbow, commonly due to a fall on an outstretched hand, which drives the proximal radius into lateral condyle.
