There is a large well-defined fluid attenuating lesion anterior to the peritoneum and posterior to the anterior abdominal wall protruding through umbilical hernia measuring about 16 x 6.4 x 19 cm in TR, AP and CC dimensions respectively. No solid areas. No calcification. No evidence of intraperitoneal or retroperitoneal extension. The bowel loops are compressed posteriorly by the lesion. No abnormal bowel dilatation is noted.
