The lesion on the left temporal lobe in the territory of the vein of Labbe elicits isointense signal on T1, hyperintense signal on T2 and FLAIR and hypointense signal on T2* in keeping with haemorrhage.
The straight sinus and the bilateral transverse and sigmoid sinus show high signal on T1, T2 and FLAIR suggestive of the absence of normal flow voids.
T1 C+ confirms thrombosis extending from the vein of Galen and straight sinus to the bilateral transverse and sigmoid sinuses with an empty delta sign.
