There is a crescent-shaped hypodense collection (with a maximum thickness of about 13.5 mm) in the left fronto-parietal, temporal, and part of the occipital regions. A small amount of hyperdense material (blood presumably) is seen layering in this collection as well. Mass effects are manifested as compression of surrounding sulci/gyri, left basal ganglia, thalamus and left lateral ventricle with mid-line shift towards the right side.
