The CT urography demonstrates:
- right hydronephrosis with calyceal rupture and extravasation of contrast medium in the renal parenchyma
- perinephric fat stranding with thickening of the adjacent peritoneal reflections
- the upper end of the double J stent is lying outside the renal cavities through a perforation of the pelviureteric junction with mild extraluminal periureteric contrast at the level of the right transverse process of L3.
Normal appearance of the left kidney and urinary bladder.
